A traditional and popular dish in Laos, Chef Mem changes it up by using delicious cuts of salmon. She marinates the salmon with dill, lemongrass, lime leaves, and other tasty ingredients. Her finishing touch is slowly steaming the salmon to the perfection in banana leaves, providing a hearty texture with each bite. It's a delightful blend of savory freshness and a hint of citrus.
Ingredients: Lemongrass, salmon fillets, lime leaves, garlic, shallots, galangal, chili peppers, sticky rice powder, padaek fish sauce, fish sauce, dill, basil, spring onions, banana leaves
These barbecued chicken drumsticks are marinated and infused with the flavors of lemongrass, garlic, & cilantro. Served with a sweet and spicy tamarind fish sauce and a helping of sticky rice, Ping Gai is a must-try dish for anyone visiting Laos!

Chef Mem steams jasmine rice and then marinates it with red curry, coconut, and soy sauce. She then lightly fries the rice to create a hint of crispy texture and adds in a hearty mix of crispy tofu, lemongrass, red onions, crushed peanuts, and more. Take a spoonful and lay it over a small lettuce leaf (provided), creating your own delicious lettuce wrap. It's the perfect blend of fresh, crunchy and savory.

It's a well know dish, but definitely special because of Mem's recipe. Her tasty marinade perfectly tenderizes the steak while she mixes in a variety of fresh veggies from mint to cucumber. You're in store for a savory bite of freshness. Enjoy some sweetness by dipping the spring rolls in the homemade sweet & spicy peanut sauce on the side. Opt for the tofu spring rolls, and you'll enjoy lightly fried tofu marinaded with red curry.
Ingredients: Beef, rice paper wraps, mint leaves, lettuce, rice noodle, cucumber, carrots, green onion and cilantro, onion, oil, curry powder, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, oyster sauce.

This dish is not your ordinary egg roll platter. Chef Mem prepares a special blend of glass noodles, taro, ground turkey, finely sliced mushrooms and other tasty veggies. She then mixes in a hint of pumpkin and wraps the mix in spring roll wraps. She lightly fries the egg rolls, leaving you with light and crispy rolls that can be dipped into her custom sweet and savory peanut sauce.

A delicious blend of noodles, light veggies and tofu, you can find this dish at many family gatherings and parties where Chef Mem is the featured chef. She boils the noodles to create a soft texture and also lightly fries tofu to provide a crispy bite. After a swift stir fry, fresh veggies and eggs are layered on top to complete the dish. Truly a local favorite.
